奥氏体不锈钢切削加工工艺的改进 被引量:2

摘要 奥氏体不锈钢加工硬化率较高,且不能用热处理进行强化,加工时易出现皴裂、撕伤等问题。为避免加工缺陷,必须有效降低工件的切削温度,保证良好的润滑。从切削刀具和切削液两方面进行了分析,提出切削加工宜采用锐刀,低速大进刀量,车削加工时选用硬质合金刀,且适当增大前角和后角;高速切削时,选用极压切削液,保证极压润滑性;加工螺纹时,主轴转速低,属于边界润滑状态,宜采用具有特殊"油性"的植物油,使其在工件表面形成润滑膜。应用表明,上述加工方法切实可行,提高了奥氏体不锈钢的加工效率和产品质量。 austenitic stainless steel work hardening rate is higher,and can not be used for strengthening heat treatment, problems, such as prone to chapped torn when processing. In order to avoid forming defects,to effectively reduce the cutting temperature of workpiece,ensure good lubrication. Has carried on the analysis from two aspects of cutting tools and cutting fluid,the cutting should adopt the sharp knife,low speed and large amount of feed,turning the hard alloy cutter,and increasing the before and after angle; when high speed cutting,the extreme pressure cutting fluid,ensure the extreme pressure lubricating^when processing thread,the spindle speed low, belongs to the boundary lubrication conditlon,suitable for use with special "oily" vegetable oit,the lubricating film formed on the surface of workpiece. Application shows that,the processing method is feasible,improves the austenite stainless steel processing efficiency and product quality.
