摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在老年直肠癌患者Miles手术中的应用。方法将我院2013年1月至5月行直肠癌Miles手术患者30例分别在术前、术后运用舒适护理。结果 30例老年直肠癌患者,2例出现并发症。结论舒适护理的运用使老年直肠癌患者掌握了自我护理能力,保证了老年直肠癌患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss application of comfortable nursing in elderly patients with colorectal cancer Miles operation. Methods Thirty patients with rectal cancer patients undergoing Miles from January to May 2013 in our hospital,were given comfort nursing in the preoperative and postoperative. Results Two patients had complications in thirty cases of elderly colorectal cancer pa- tients. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing to elderly cancer patients is good for mastering self - care ability and en- suring the quality of life of elderly cancer patients.
