摘要
中央经济工作会议将化解落后产能作为今年的工作重点。新时期我国工业部门产能过剩具有涉及领域多、负面冲击效应大、成因复杂、化解产能过剩难度高等特征。为支持国家经济结构调整和化解产能过剩,商业银行应该重点做好六个方面工作:提高行业风险识别能力、严格行业授信限额管理、坚持有保有压区别对待、创新服务手段支持海外投资、加大兼并重组金融支持力度、协助技术改造和转型升级。
The Central Economic Work Conference will take the elimination of the backward production capacity as the focus of this year＇s work. China＇s industry overcapacity in new era involves many fields,has large negative impact and complex causes,and reaches such extent that it is rather difficult to eliminate. In order to support the national economic structure adjustment and eliminate excess capacity, commercial banks should focus on the following aspects＇work： to improve the identification ability of industry risk, to be strict with industry accredited quota management, to differentiate according to the situation, to support the investments overseas with innovative service means,to increase financial support for the merger and reorganization, to assist the technical transformation and upgrading
