我国的非物质文化遗产保护工作取得了非常显著的成效,众多的非物质文化遗产得以抢救、保护、传承和利用。对于被保护起来的非物质文化遗产如何切实地延续其文化生命力,还需要进一步挖掘其价值与功能。把社区文化建设与非物质文化遗产的保护与传承结合起来,是一条延续非物质文化遗产文化生命力的有效途径。结合社区文化建设的视角,分析了国家级非物质文化遗产——徽州目连戏在开展群众性社区文化活动中所具有的文化娱乐性、文化参与性、文化寓教性和文化认同性四个方面的功能。
