Establishment and operation of drugs counseling clinic specializing in pregnancy

目的探讨临床药师开设妊娠期安全用药咨询专科门诊的运行模式。方法对临床药师妊娠期用药咨询专科门诊设立以来需要的知识储备、制度建设、软硬件要求、咨询内容、方法和技巧以及注意事项等进行总结，形成一套值得参考的模式。结果按我院妊娠期用药咨询专科门诊的运行方式，患者满意度达99％。结论临床药师开设妊娠期用药咨询专科门诊，遵循良好的运行模式，可为患者解决顾虑，体现临床药师价值。

Objective To investigate the operating mode for clinical pharmacist to set up an outpatient clin- ic specializing in pregnant pharmaceutical care. Methods We summarized the information of the requirements nee- ded for this clinic development and operation, such as knowledge backup, system establishment, hardware and soft- ware construction, consulting content, methods and techniques and precautions. Results Totally 99% of satisfac- tion rate was reached. Conclusion This operating mode is effective to resolve the concerns from pregnant patients and this operating mode should be promoted.
