HBPU嵌缝胶在太河水库渡槽止水中的应用

Application of HBPU caulked joint adhesive on aqueduct sealing of Taihe resevoir

结合混凝土嵌缝密封胶HBPU在淄博市太河水库总干渠渡槽中的止水施工经验,论述了HBPU的物理化学性能、施工工艺及HBPU在旧渡槽止水施工中的应用.实践表明,在灌区节水改造工程渡槽止水维修改造项目中应用HBPU混凝土嵌缝密封胶具有很高的推广价值.

In recent years, hyperbranched polyurethane（HBPU） concrete sealing technology has come to use in different engineering fields. In this paper we introduced the HBPU sealing experi- ence in three aqueducts： Tonggu, Heiwang and Zhaozhuang in Zibo Taihe reservoir, the physico- chemical properties and construction technology of HBPU,and the application of HBPU in old aq- ueduct sealing. It was agreed that HBPU concrete sealing technology has been put into use on many aqueduct sealing projects of water-saving irrigation and it was worth promoting.
