中美残疾人就业现状比较研究被引量：2

摘要美国和中国残疾人就业政策的改革经历了漫长的时间。在改革时期,美国和中国的残疾人士就业问题得到了相应的重视并且获得了相关的保护政策。残疾人就业趋势在逐年改善。比较美国和中国残疾人就业现状,美国残疾人在就业方面相对于中国来说更加具有优势。本文将从美国和中国残疾人就业进程、就业现状及相应的影响因素三个方面进行两国差异比较。
