基于交通状态感知的LED路灯系统

摘要 随着国家"十城万盏"计划的推进,LED路灯由于其节能环保、寿命长等优点,已得到广泛应用。而目前粗放的路灯管理,造成巨大的能源浪费。该文为提高LED路灯管理系统的能源利用率,将基于视频检测的交通状态辨识系统,与LED路灯管理系统相结合,通过建立交通拥堵等级与LED路灯的亮度间的映射关系,实现LED路灯动态自适应调节。在交通辨识系统中引入预测交通流数据集,通过实时数据与预测数据的比对,优化数据集,提高交通状态识别系统的前瞻性。此外,在不同交通状态路段间设置LED路灯亮度缓冲区域,使驾驶员在视觉亮度上得以平缓过渡,从而提高道路行车安全。 With the "ten city ten thousand lights" pipelaying, LED streetlights has been widely used because of its energy saving long life and other advantages. At present, the extensive streetlights management has a huge waste of energy. This paper combines thq video--based detection of traffic state identification system with LED streetlights management system, in order to improve the energ~ efficiency of LED streetlights management system. Achieving LEI) streetlights dynamic adaptive regulation through the establishmen of mapping relationsbip between traffic congestion level and the brightness of LED lights. Prediction of traffic flow data set i introduced in the traffic identification system, through the compare of real--time data and forecast data,optimize data set and improve th, prospective of traffic state recognition system. In addition, setting LED streetlights brightness buffer area among different traffic state so that the driver can be gentle on the visual brightness transition, thereby improving road traffic safety.
