追踪方法学在心脏手术患者护理质量管理中的应用研究

目的探讨追踪方法学在心脏手术患者护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法成立追踪检查小组,运用个体追踪和系统追踪的方法,对心脏手术患者接受护理的全过程进行追踪检查,全面分析术前、术中、术后各种影响护理质量的因素,制定并实施改进方案。结果追踪方法学实施后,病房护理质量指标、手术室护理质量指标、ICU护理质量指标及患者对护理工作的满意度均高于追踪方法学实施前。结论追踪方法学在心脏手术患者护理质量管理过程中的应用,有利于团队合作,有利于前瞻性发现管理漏洞及提升护理人员执行力,从而有效地提高护理质量。

Objective To study the effects management of patients with cardiac surgeries. Methods of tracking methodology in care quality An inspection team was established, which tracked the whole nursing of patients with cardiac surgeries by individual tracking and tracing systems. Factors that affect nursing quality in pre-operation, operation and post-operation were comprehensively analyzed, and the countermeasure was developed and implemented . Results After the countermeasure carried out, ward nursing quality, nursing quality of operation room indexes, ICU nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work were higher than before. Conclusion Tracking methodology in care quality management of patients with cardiac surgeries can help to find out prospective loopholes and strengthen the quality of nurses and improve the nursing quality.
