中国企业海外上市的现状及模式选择分析

Research on the Current Situation, Problem and Countermeasure of Overseas Listed Chinese Enterprises

随着经济全球化程度的加深和中国经济的高速增长,海外上市已经成为我国企业解决融资困难谋求发展的重要举措。文章首先对我国企业海外上市的概况进行研究,从融资规模、市场分布、行业分布等方面分析了我国海外上市企业的现状,然后主要针对上市企业自身、国内政策及海外市场状况等方面分析了目前中国企业海外上市存在的诸多问题,最后对我国企业海外上市提出对策及建议。

With the deepening of economic globalization and growing of Chinese economic, listing overseas is becoming important strategy of our country＇s enterprises to solve difficulties in financing and seeking development. Research on overseas listing enterprises and exploring on overseas listing rules can help to improve success rate of listing overseas. Firstly, this paper analyzed the development process of overseas listed Chinese enterprises; Secondly, this paper analyzed the situation of the choice on listing places and listing modes.Thirdly, this paper analyzed overseas listing problem which our country＇s enterprises faced. Lastly, this paper put forward to the strategy on improving overseas listing situation.
