摘要
近年来,焦化厂工会积极探索如何发挥广大职工的主力军作用,通过拓宽民主管理渠道、深化劳动竞赛、加大维权力度、大力推进职工文化建设等一系列措施,激励职工争先创优,岗位建功,迎接挑战,战胜困难,取得了明显的成效。文章对具体做法进行了详细的探讨。
Recent years, labor union of coking plants explore actively how staff play role of main force. By broadening the channels of democratic management, deepening labor competition, increasing intensity of human rights and promoting building of the worker culture to motivate employees, meet the challenge and overcome difficulties, which has achieved obvious results. Specific approaches have been discussed in this paper.
