摘要
近些年来,人力资源管理工作发生了翻天覆地的变化。与传统的管理模式相比,现代人力资源管理的理念认为人才是企业发展的核心竞争力,人力资源急需管理,也需要进行开发,人力资源已被提升至企业发展的战略高度。文章主要就我国企业人力资源管理现状及发展趋势进行了深入的分析。
In recent years, great changes have taken place in human resources management. Compared with the traditional management, the concept of modern human resources management points out that talent is the core competitive power of enterprise development. Human resources are urgent to be managed and developed. Human resource has been promoted to the strategic height of enterprise development. Present situation and development trend of human resources management are analyzed in this paper.
