企业的竞争,归根结底是优秀专业技术人员的竞争。文章分析了国企中科技人员的地位和作用,指出专业技术人员激励机制建立的重要性,提出提高对科技人员激励的有效对策。
Competitions between Enterprises actually are a competition in outstanding professional and technical personnel. The article analyzes the status and role of science and technology personnel in state-owned enterprises, points out the importance of establishing incentive mechanism to professional and technical personnel and puts forward some effective measures to stimulate scientific and technological personnel.
