摘要
分析了辽宁省小额贷款公司试点工作四年多来发展概况,认为辽宁省小额贷款公司自试点运行以来,总体状况良好,有效缓解了中、小、微企业的融资困难,但存在的问题也比较多,尤其是监管方面的漏洞较大。提出了解决辽宁省小额贷款公司相关问题的具体建议。
The overall development of experimental unit of small-credit companies in Liaoning Province in more than four years is analyzed. The small-credit companies in Liaoning Province are running in good conditions after experimental operation. They have relieved the financial difficulty of medium-sized and small enterprises. But small-credit companies also face many problems in experimental operation, especially there are many leak holes in regulation. Relevant policies and suggestions are given.
