研究了马克斯·韦伯的生平及思想理论体系,认为韦伯生活的时代是一个刻板、紧张的时代,他本人一生都始终处于政治生涯与学术世界的紧张和冲突之中,一方面遵循着严谨的生活作风和道德戒律,另一方面则不断向现实提出挑战和批判。这种在价值观和政治方面的二元化取向几乎贯穿于韦伯整个关于社会的学说之中。韦伯学说中埋藏着丰富的哲学意蕴,他以西方近代文化为研究的出发点,从文化史的角度探讨世俗社会与宗教及东西方社会诸现象的文化根源,追寻其发生学的意义。他的理论和学说庞杂深奥,很难将其简单归于某一类。以今天的眼光来看,韦伯学说所涉及的学科除了社会学以外,经济学、哲学、政治学、宗教学、管理学、历史学等诸多学科及其研究方法在韦伯的著述中都有不同程度的体现和运用。

The lifetime of Max Weber and his ideological and theoretical system are studied. It is considered that, Weber lived in an age which was a stereotype, tense times; his life is always in tension and conflict among the political career and academic world. On the one hand, he followed a strict life style and moral precepts, and on the other hand, he kept challenging and criticizing the reality. This binary values and political orientation was almost throughout Weber＇s entire social doctrine. Weber＇s doctrine had rich philosophical implication, it took modern Western culture as a starting point to explore the cultural source of the secular society and religion, as well as Eastern and Western social phenomena, from the viewpoint of cultural history he would trace the genesis of meaning. His theory and doctrine is complex and esoteric, it is difficult to be attributed to a particular class. On today＇s perspective, Weber＇s doctrine disciplines belongs to sociology, economics, philosophy, political science, religious studies, management science, history and many other disciplines and research methods in Weber＇s writings have varying degrees expression and use.
