高校辅导员谈心谈话工作研究与实践

Practice Exploration and Construction of Conversation between University Instructor and Students

通过与学生近距离接触,在深入了解大学生实际情况的基础上,按照教育规律和大学生成长发展的需求,运用科学的知识和方法,有目的地对学生进行思想、学业、情感、心理等方面的辅导,已经得到理论界和一线工作者的认同。从谈心谈话工作的重要性、目前存在的问题等方面进行分析,对高校辅导员开展谈心谈话工作有所启示和帮助。

Through the close contact with students, based on the actual situation of college students, following the educational regularities and the students＇ development needs, using the scientific knowledge and method, undertake to the students＇ thought, academic, emotional, psychological counseling purposively has been identified by theoretical circle and front-line workers. The importance of confabulating with students and the existing problems are analyzed to provide some enlightenment and assistance for college instructor to carry out the heart-to-heart conversation.
