有组织犯罪的特点及治理对策

本文主要阐述了有组织犯罪的特点及治理对策 ,试图从历史与现实的角度分析现阶段我国有组织犯罪的主要特征 ,从宏观和微观的结合上提出打击和防控有组织犯罪的对策措施。笔者认为 ,有组织犯罪是国际社会面对的严重问题 ,也是我国维护政治安定和社会稳定必须正视解决的特殊犯罪现象。基于此 ,文章具体分析了我国现阶段有组织犯罪的五大特点 ,并提出治理有组织犯罪的四方面对策。

This paper sets forth main character is tied of group crimes and centrelling and prevention measures.The author tries to analyse main characteristics of present group Crimes in our country from the historical and realistic angles.The author also puts forward controlling and prevention measures with the combination of macrocosm and microcosm.The author thinks that group crimes art not onlySerious problems to the international society,but special Crime phenomenen which our country should deal with properly in order to maintain the stability of our society.
