摘要
本文对流动人口犯罪进行了犯罪成本、犯罪概率以及个体原因与社会原因的分析 ,并指出了相应的行政对策、治安对策与刑侦对策。
In this paper,the auther have analysed the criminal cost ,the criminal probability and individual and social causes of the floating population crime.Besides, the author have pointed out corresponding countermeasures in administration, security and criminal investigation.
