一种针对人体皮肤组织快速、低毒的石蜡切片新方法 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对皮肤石蜡切片过程中各步骤的优化,摸索出一个适用于皮肤组织快速、低毒的石蜡切片方法。方法:将250份皮肤标本分为两组,分别采用传统切片法和新型方法进行石蜡切片制作,计算两种方法所用时间;比较甲基环己烷和二甲苯在透明过程和切片染色的效果。结果:传统方法和新型方法制片都需经过12步来完成,新型方法组切片总过程所耗总时间(约7hrs)明显短于传统方法组(约83hrs)。结论:采用甲基环己烷替代二甲苯,降低了实验对人员的毒性,且制作出的石蜡切片与传统方法在质量上无明显区别。 Objective Through the optimization of the various steps in the process of skin paraffn section,fnd out a suitable for skin tissue paraffn section method is rapid,low toxicity.Methods 250 skin specimens were divided into two groups,respectively,using the traditional slice method and the new method of paraffn section,which are used to calculate the time of two methods;comparison of methyl cyclohexane and xylene in a transparent process and section staining effect.Results The production of traditional methods and new methods are required to pass through 12 steps to complete,new method group of slicing process the consumption of total time(about 7hrs) was signifcantly shorter than that of traditional method group(about 83hrs).Conclusion Using methyl cyclohexane replace xylene,decreased the toxicity of personnel,paraffn section and traditional method and produced no signifcant difference in quality between.
