中药足浴治疗糖尿病神经病变的观察与护理

目的:探讨常规护理结合中药足浴治疗糖尿病足神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将患有糖尿病神经病变的患者70例随机分为治疗组37例与对照组33例,两组均予以常规治疗与护理,对照组采用温水足浴,治疗组采用中药足浴,观察两组足的疼痛、麻木、灼热、发凉症状改善情况。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:常规护理结合中药足浴治疗糖尿病安全、有效,值得推广,而且简便易行,让患者容易接受。

Objective To explore conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes foot bath foot neuropathy Clinical curative effect.Methods Will be diabetic europathy patients were random divided into treatment Group of 37 cases,33 cases in control group,two groups of shall be routine treatment and nursing,the comparison group uses the temperature Water foot bath,the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine foot bath,observation two groups of foot pain,numbness,heat,hair Cold symptoms improve the situation.Results Treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）,and does not see Obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes foot bath is safe,have effect,it is worth for spreading,and is simple,convenient and feasible,let patients easy to accept.
