谷物中重金属离子迁移及其污染消控研究进展

Progress on Heavy Metals Migration and Elimination & Control of its Pollution in Cereals

针对谷物中重金属不同时间和空间的含量及分布特征,重金属的来源解析和主要形态的分析,以及在种植、加工和食用等过程中造成重金属的污染、迁移和消降等问题进行了科学分析与综述。并从土壤改良、作物品种改良与耕作改革到谷物的收、加、储及食用等一条龙式的全程消控方法及策略等作了详尽讨论与分析。最后就谷物中重金属污染的研究进行了简要的展望与建议。

This paper gives a scientific analysis and review of the content and distribution characteristics of heavy metals in ce- reals at different time and space,the sources and primary speciation Of heavy metals, as well as the problems of the pollution, migration,elimination and control of heavy metals in cultivation,processing and consumption.In addition,elimination and control methods in the whole process from soil improvement, crop varieties improvement and reform of farming methods to har- vesting, processing, storage and consumption of cereals are discussed and analyzed in details.At last of this paper, the research in the field of heavy metals pollution in cereals is prospected and meaningful suggestions are given.
