摘要
为促进工业低碳发展，有必要对不同工业行业的碳排放资源利用效率进行比较研究。在构建工业碳效率三维评价模型的基础上，对1999—2011年重庆市不同工业行业的碳排放资源利用效率进行评价与比较，将重庆市38个工业行业划分为4种类型。研究结果显示：不同工业行业的碳排放资源利用效率具有显著差异。在承接东南沿海发达地区产业转移的过程中，我国中西部地区应当对接收的工业行业进行甄选，并依据不同行业的碳排放资源利用效率制定具有区别的行业发展规划与管理措施，以保障区域工业的可持续发展。
To help the development the low-carbon industry system, a comparative analysis of carbon emission resource using efficiency in different industrial sectors is necessary. Based on the construction of three-dimensional evaluation model, the carbon emission resource using efficiency of 38 industrial sectors over the period 1999 - 2011 in Chongqing were evaluated and compared. Based on the evaluation result, 38 industrial sectors in Chongqing were grouped into four categories. The results showed that the carbon emission resource using efficiency in different industrial sectors were significantly different. In the transferring of industry from the Southeast Coastal developed areas to the Midwest Regions, Midwest Regions would better to take different strategies to different industrial sectors.
