摘要 对施工废弃泥浆进行絮凝脱水试验研究,使用聚丙烯酰胺对泥浆进行固液分离,结果表明含水量是影响絮凝发育的重要因素,且在消耗等量絮凝剂情况下,絮凝效果与含水量成正比。对絮凝作用机理进行了分析,提出絮凝是"粘土颗粒-水-絮凝剂"相互作用过程的理论。阐述了吸附架桥是泥浆絮凝脱水的主要作用方式,得出土结构中基本单元体存在联结力,絮凝发育需要克服此联结力等结论。用絮凝剂高分子链遇水后会舒展、及"共用水膜"的假设解释了含水量影响絮凝作用的机理。 Research on construction waste mud flocculation dehydration test was carried out, flocculant of polyacrylamide was used for mud solid-liquid separation, the results showed that water content is one of the important factors affecting flocculation, Consumption same amount of flocculant, the flocculation effect is proportional to the water content. The flocculation mechanism was analyzed, and theory that flocculation is interaction by clay, water and flocculant was presented. It was expounds that the adsorption bridging is the main way for mud flocculation dehydration. Conclusions that coupling force exists in basic unit body of the soil structure, and the force needs to overcome the coupling force in flocculation process were drawn. Mechanism analysis was explained by theories of polymer chain stretches when exposed to water and water film hypothesis.
