摘要 生化污泥处置费用高,减量化难度大。以化纤废水生化污泥为对象,开展了好氧消化技术优化和生产性试验研究。研究结果表明:采用普罗酶制剂可提高好氧消化效率,优化投加量为15 mg/L。采用HCR装置好氧污泥消化效果优于微孔曝气装置。在上述优化条件下,污泥的TSS削减30%所需的时间约为5 d。生产试验表明:在曝气池中投入普罗试剂可降低污泥含水率,在干污泥产率相同时能够降低系统产泥量。 Optimal operation parameters and enzyme effects of excess sludge aerobic digestion from chemical fiber WWTP were discussed. The results showed the polo reagent could enhance excess sludge reduction, which was superior than the LL reagent. And the optimal dose amount of Polo reagent was 15 mg/L. The high performance compacted reactor was better than the usual micro porous aerated reactor. Under the above operation parameters, 30% sludge was reduced by 5 days, aerobic digestion. The industrial test showed that dosing polo reagent could reduce the sludge amount and water/sludge ratio.
