前列地尔对脓毒症大鼠血清高敏C反应蛋白和S100β水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨前列地尔对脓毒症大鼠血清中高敏C反应蛋白和S100β水平的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机等分为对照组、脓毒症组和前列地尔组。采用盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)构建脓毒症模型;对照组行除CLP外的相同手术。前列地尔组制模前1h尾静脉注射前列地尔10μg/kg,对照组和脓毒症组则分别静脉注射平衡液5mL/kg,术后每隔8h同样给药1次。术后12、24h尾静脉采集血标本检测血清中高敏C反应蛋白、S100β水平。结果前列地尔组大鼠血清中高敏C反应蛋白、S100β表达水平显著低于脓毒症组。结论前列地尔可能通过调节高敏C反应蛋白、S100β表达水平从而起到对脓毒症脏器的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and S100β calcium binding proteinβ (S100β) levels of septic rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, sepsis group and alprostadil group. The sepsis models were induced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). The rats of control group underwent the same surgery except CLP. The rats of alprostadil group were injected intravenously with alprostadil 10 μg/kg in the tail 1 h before surgery, and the rats of sepsis and control group were injected intravenously with balanced salt solution 5 mL/kg 1 h before surgery respectively. After surgery, every eight hours, the same administration was used. Twelve, 24 hours after surgery tail vein blood samples were collected and used to measure the levels of the hs-CRP and S100β. Results hs-CRP and S100β expression level in rats of the alprostadil group were significantly lower than those in the sepsis group. Conclusion Alprostadil may adjust the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, S100β expression levels and play a protective effect on organs of sepsis rats.
