实时三维超声心动图评价冠心病患者左心室功能的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨实时三维超声心动图评价冠心病患者左心室收缩功能的价值。方法冠心病患者32例和健康志愿者22例,均采用二维及三维超声心动图计算左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左室整体舒张末容积(LVEDV)及左室整体射血分数(LVEF)。结果冠心病组LVEDV、LVESV高于正常对照组,LVEF低于正常对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常对照组,三维与二维测量的LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冠心病组,采用三维测量的LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF值与二维测量的值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),三维测量的LVEDV、LVESV偏高,LVEF偏低。结论实时三维超声心动图技术为评价冠心病患者左心室功能提供了一种新的方法。
