摘要
针对深圳地铁自动扶梯主驱动链轮连接螺栓松脱引发的停机故障,通过计算和分析得知施工时其预紧力矩不足,导致连接方式由摩擦型连接向承压型连接发生转变,最终使连接螺栓松脱而引发故障。针对承受动载荷作用的重要结构或机构的高强度螺栓连接,在设计、安装等环节提出若干建议。
Through calculation and analysis for shutdown failure arising from loose bolted connection of drive sprocket of railway escalator in Shenzhen, it shows that failure is due to lack of tightening torque during construction, which causes the friction connection is transferred to bearing connection, hence to result in loose bolted connection and failure final- ly. Suggestions are put forward in the aspect of design, installation and the like, aiming at high-tensile bolted connection of key structures and mechanisms under dynamic load action.
