摘要 根据散粒物料平整作业的需要,研发了一种以螺旋输送机输送物料为工作原理的高效环保型螺旋平料系统,实现敞车车厢内散粒物料的平整作业。该平料系统主要由螺旋平料机、支承门架、电气控制系统、安全保护装置及喷淋装置等部分组成,具有平料效果好、效率高、节能环保且自动化程度高的特点。样机试验结果表明,该平料系统完全满足散货码头与矿场散粒物料装载后敞车车厢的平整作业需求。 According to the demand of flattening operation of particulate materials, the efficient and environmental spiral flattening system is studied and developed with material conveying of the spiral conveyor as the working principle, to realize flattening operation for particulate materials in the open railway carriage. The flattening system is composed of spiral flattening machine, bearing frame, electric control system, safety protector and spraying device, etc. , with advantages of good flattening effect, high efficiency, energy - saving and environmental performance, and high automation. The result from the prototype testing shows that the flattening system can fully meet the requirements for flattening operation of loaded open railway carriage at bulk cargo terminal and mine fields.
