摘要
根据当前调度绞车出现的咬绳、卡绳、排列不整齐的问题,结合以往排绳器的特点,介绍了新型调度绞车自动排绳器的基本结构、工作原理、主要功能特点。该设备运行可靠,排绳整齐,操作简单,便于维护,提高了调度绞车的运输安全性,节省钢丝绳材料使用费用,有较大的市场前景及使用价值。
Considering the problems of rope-biting, rope-griping, misalignment in current scheduling winches and feathers of previous rope guiders, the paper introduces the basic structure, working principle, main functional characteris- tics of a new-type winch automatic rope guider. The equipment is provided with reliable operation, tidy rope alignment, and simple operation, convenient for maintenance, which improves transport safety of the scheduling winch and has great market prospect and application value.
