摘要
叉车设计是基于知识和经验的复杂性创造活动。为充分利用叉车过去设计的成功经验和知识,缩短叉车的开发周期,提高企业对市场的快速响应能力,提出基于CBR的叉车设计重用方法。按照该方法开发了叉车总体设计系统——HCDesign原型系统,分析了该系统的功能、结构以及实现模块,对系统的关键技术进行了研究。该系统对提高叉车设计水平,实现叉车总体设计信息化以及设计知识的共享,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
Forklift design is the complex creation based on knowledge and experiences. To make full use of previous successful experience and knowledge about forklift, shorten its development period, and improve the enterprise's rapid re- sponse capability to the market, the paper puts forward the CBR - based forklift design reuse method, with the overall forklift design system--HCDesign prototype system developed according to the method, and analyzes the system function, structure and realization modular, as well as further research on its critical technologies. The system provides theoretic sig- nificance and practical value for overall forklift design information and share of design knowledge.
