摘要
在激烈的市场竞争中,降低企业的生产成本以取得更大的利润显得尤为重要。我公司是用钢大户,在众多的成本中,钢材的成本占据了很大的比重,如何充分利用余料来提高钢材利用率是公司降低成本最直接、最有效的途径之一。本文结合工作实践,从余料的产生、分级、管理流程、数据库的建立以及余料的修整、存放、使用、发放、考核等方面,探讨了钢板余料管理的方法。
During intense market competition, it＇s important to reduce firm＇s production cost in order to obtain more profit. Our company is a large steel-consumption one, with steel cost accounting for a large proportion. How to make full use of residual materials to improve material utilization is one of the most direct and effective approaches for the company to re- duce cost. The paper discusses the steel residual material management method in the aspect of production, classification, and management procedure of residual materials, building, modification, storage, usage, distribution, review, and the like, based on the work practice.
