金沙江鲁地拉水电站移民安置水土流失特点及防治措施 被引量:2

摘要 金沙江干热河谷区以其特殊的地域环境和气候类型,成为中国西部生态环境最脆弱、水土流失最严重的地区之一。随着该流域水电大规模的开发,水电工程移民安置引发的水土流失危害和对当地生态环境的影响,引起了人们的普遍关注。以鲁地拉水电站移民安置项目为例,在对项目概况、项目区环境概况、工程区水土流失现状及特点分析的基础上,结合工程特点,合理划分水土流失防治分区,提出水土流失防治措施布局及方案,以期为移民安置项目水土流失防治工作提供参考和借鉴。 The region of the dry and hot valley of the Jinsha River become one of the regions in west China where the ecological environ- mental is vulnerable and water-soil loss is serious mostly because of the special geographic environment and climate type in the region. With the hydropower development in a large scale in the catchment, hazards and affects on the local ecological environment by the water -soil loss resulted from the population resettlement in hydropower project construction draw people's attention widely. In the population resettlement operation of Ludila Hydropower Project, for example, prevention and treatment of water and soil loss are zoned reasonably as well as layout and schemes for prevention and treatment measures for the water and soil loss are provided based on analysis of project it- self, project area environment, water-soil loss status and features and in combination with the project features. It expects that this paper can provide reference for prevention and treatment of water-soil loss of the population resettlement works.
