摘要
通过双螺杆挤出机组共混造粒以及注射成型的方法制备纳米二氧化硅/聚丙烯复合材料试样条。测试样条的性能,分析和研究不同配比的纳米SiO2含量对复合材料的影响。实验结果表明,加入少量的纳米SiO2后,复合材料的力学性能有较为明显的改善。当纳米SiO2含量为1%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了9.40%;熔体流动速率提高了5.0%;当纳米SiO2含量为0.5%时,冲击强度提高了16.44%。
The method of double-screw extruder blending granulation and injection molding is used to produce nano- SiO2/PP composite sample. The impact of NM SiO2 proportions to composite material property is researched. The experimental result shows that mechanical property of composite material can be improved obviously by adding nano-SiO2: When nano-SiO2 content is 1%, the tensile strength of the composites increased by 9.40 %: The melt flow rate increased by 5.0 %; When nano-SiO2 content is 0.5 %, the impact strength increased by 16.44 %.
