摘要 面临着天然气无后备储量接替,老井产能递减快的现状,我们积极转变观念,将工作重心转移到老井维护上来,通过气井抑盐、解盐,保证气量的稳产。在摸清每口井的生产情况,利用多种工艺技术实现增产,一是推广应用成熟的采抑盐工艺技术,二是大胆实践,根据不同情况采取不同的采气工艺技术,如加注抑盐剂或清水进行抑盐、解盐,利用撬装式气举车组进行气举排出井筒内的抑盐剂或清水,连续掺水洗盐+压缩机连续气举复合解盐采气工艺,确保气井保持良好的工作状态。 Facing the status of natural gas reserves without replacement, the backing of the old well productivity fast diminishing, we actively change our ideas, the focus shifted to maintain up old wells. By inhibiting salt wells, salt solution, to ensure a stable gas. Find out the production of each well, using a variety of technology to increase production. First, promote the use of mature salt mining suppression technology, the second is bold. Depending on the circumstances take a different gas recovery technology, such as filling suppression salt solution or plain water for suppressing salt, salt solution. Use of skid-mounted gas lilt vehicle exhaust gas lift group wellbore. Continuous watered wash salt + compressor continuous gas lift gas production complex salt solution, to ensure gas to maintain a good working condition.
