摘要
针对生产实习存在目标不明确、学习不够主动、效果评价随意性大等问题,在生产实习教学中引入项目教学法。选择生产中的实际问题作为应用化学专业在化妆品工厂实习过程解决的项目,并以项目为中心安排实习计划、评价实习效果。分组实习效果表明,通过项目教学法培养了学生的实践能力、沟通能力和创新能力,提高了学生实习的参与程度和学习主动性,取得了较好的实习效果。
Project teaching method was introduced to production practice because of uncertain learning target, passive learning and evaluation of the effect of randomness in traditional production practice. The problems in practical production were founded and actd as the projects in a cosmetics factory during production practice, the practice plans were made and the practices were judged according to the requirement of projects. The results of group teaching showed that project teaching method are beneficial to training ability of practice, communication skill and innovation capability of students, the initiative and participation scale were also significantly improve by the teaching method and a good teaching effect was obtained,
