pH调控纳米材料对药物释放的研究进展

摘要 纳米技术在靶向给药方面显现出很大优势,使纳米载体具有pH-敏感性,利用病理组织和正常组织间pH的不同,就会很容易的将药物导向病灶部位,增加药物在病灶部位的浓度,提高生物利用度,介绍了pH-敏感纳米材料对药物释放的发展现状。 Nanotechnology in targeted drug delivery has shown great advantages. It will be very easy to transfer drugs into targeting lesions due to the nano-carrier with pH-sensitivity for the different pH between the pathological and normal tissue, increase the drug concentration in the lesion, and improve the bioavailability. The review introduced the pH-sensitive nanoparticles on the development status of drug release.
