摘要
文章针对公司污水处理站精馏塔塔釜含有的低氨氮废水,经实验研究确定,采用折点加氯法深度处理其原水氨氮浓度为100 mg/L以下处理费用较为合算;并探讨低浓度氨氮废水(氨氮含量小于100 mg/L)采用折点加氯法处理的最佳工艺:采用计量式连续加药的方式,控制pH=5.5~6.5; m(Cl2)∶m(NH-4+)=8.0∶1~8.2∶1之间,反应时间T=30 min.处理后氨氮小于10 mg/L,达到相关的排放标准.
In the paper, we use the low ammonia water from the distillation tower bottoms in the water treatment workshop as row water. The results were revealed that, the breakpoint chlorination treatment is more suitable for concentration of ammonia under 100 mg/L, and treatment cost is more cost-effetive; we also Study on the low concentration of ammonia wastewater (ammonia concentration was less than 100 rag/L) using breakpoint chlorination method for the treatment of optimum conditions: the use of metered- continuous dosing way to control pH=5.5-6.5: m(Cl2) : m(NH4*)=8.0 · 1-8.2 :1; reaction time T=30 rain. After the treatment, the ammonia is less than 10 mg/L; achieve the related emission standards.
