摘要
通过添加CaCO3、MgO和Fe2O3三种助熔剂,考察其对宁东矿区两种煤样(1#、2#)灰熔融温度的影响,并利用三元相图及XRD对煤灰矿物组成进行分析。结果表明:在高温下煤灰中矿物质之间形成低温共熔物,使煤灰的灰熔点降低,且硅铝比较低的煤样具有较低的灰熔融温度。实验表明在弱还原性气氛中,三种助熔剂对2#煤样灰熔融温度的降低效果较明显。
The ash fusion properties of two kinds of the Ningdong coal samples which was named 1# and 2# were studied by adding the fluxes such as CaCO3, MgO and Fe2O3. The trend of ash melting temperature was determined after the fluxes were added. And the mineral composition and mineral transformation of ash was analyzed and discussed by three-element phase diagram and XRD. The results indicated that the ash fusion temperature was lower when the silica-alumina ratio was lower. And the ash fusion temperature could be decreased because the mineral components of the coal ash formed the low temperature eutectics at high temperature. In addition, all of the three fluxes could obviously decrease the ash fusion temperature of 2# coal ash in the weak reducing atmosphere.
