摘要
鉴于超声振动车削在实际生产中的重要意义,设计了一套超声振动车削系统.对换能器设计中需要考虑的多种因素进行分析,通过解析法确定变幅杆尺寸,利用abaqus对变幅杆进行模态分析,验证了设计的合理性.
Given the significance of ultrasonic vibration turning in production, the design of ultrasonic vibration turning system is presented. A variety of factors are considered for the design of the transducer. The structural size of the amplitude transformer is determined by the analytical method. Modal analysis was carried out on the amplitude transformer, which verified the rationality of the design.
