摘要
采用脉冲激励方式,应用B&K公司的PULSE分析系统和Me'scope软件搭建数控机床主轴箱的振动模态测试系统,测试了数控机床主轴箱的结构动态参数,得到拟合的频响函数曲线和主轴箱各阶测点相对于参考点的振动幅值,提出对数控机床主轴箱的优化设计建议.
Through the advanced PULSE instruments of B&K and the modal analysis software of Me'scope, the vibration modal testing system was built by the method of pulse excitation. The structural dynamic parameters of the headstock in the NC machine were tested. On-site vibration test of the servicing rig substructure was made, and the frequency response function curve and vibration amplitude of some classes testing spots respect to reference point of the headstock are obtained. Suggestions were given on structure optimization design of the headstock.
