六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体封闭物的制备及其增塑性能测试

Preparation of Hexamethylene Dissocyanate Trimer and its Plastication

分别简便制备了六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与乙醇、丁醇和乙二醇单丁醚的封闭物 ,考查了它们与醇酸、丙烯酸树脂的混溶性及在醇酸氨基烤漆和聚氨酯涂层中的增塑性能 ,试验结果表明 :三个封闭物可以作增塑剂使用。

The addition product of hexamethylene diisoyanate trimer (HMDI) with ethanol、butanol、glycol buty(ether were conviently prepared.The compatibitity of HMD with alkyd resin and acrylic resin,and the plastication of addition products was examied.The results show that,the three addition products may be used as plasticutor in the baked alkyd amimo coatings and polyureathane coatings.
