论“人性假设”视域下的酒店员工激励

Management Incentive Hypothesis of Human Nature from the Perspective of Hotel Staff

摘要 20世纪80年代,伴随着西方人性观的演变,出现了人性假设理论,反映了社会在不同生产力发展水平下的经济生产特征,并逐步发展为依据人性划分其行为模式并制定相应管理决策的管理心理学理论,这被广泛应用于解决企业员工满足组织目标的劳动激励问题。简要论述了人性假设的内涵,从国内酒店从业人员的现状出发,分析了不同层次酒店员工的劳动生产动机,提出了相应的员工激励途径。 the nineteen eighties, with the evolution of the' western view of human nature, the theory 'of human nature hypothesis, reflects the economic production characteristics in the different development level of pro- ductivity of society, and gradually developed into the mode of its action as the basis of human nature and for- mulate corresponding management decision theory of management psychology, which is widely applied to solve the enterprise staff to meet the organization the labor incentive problem. This paper discusses the connotation of human nature assumption, from the current situation of domestic hotel employees, analyzes the different levels of hotel employees work motivation, puts forward corresponding ways to motivate the employees.
