摘要
本文建立了用气相色谱法测定马铃薯及甜菜中残留甲基异柳磷的方法。本法采用2%0V_(17)色谱柱,火焰光度检测器。甲基异柳磷线性良好,回收率可达95%以上,样品提取液可不经净化而直接进样、操作简便,重复性好。
Yulionlin-methyl residue in samples were extracted with toluene and determined gas chro-metogrphically with a column of 2% OV_(17) and a flame photometric detector. A linear relationshipwas obtained in 5-25 ng range of Yulioulin-methyl with a recoveries of 95%.
