摘要
推广变频控制技术在油田注水泵站的应用,对优化油田注水生产工艺,降低电能消耗和油田开发成本具有十分重要的意义。文中介绍了KD18号注水站的基本情况,分析了变频控制技术方案,提出了采用“一控二”变频控制技术方案,并对控制方案实施、参数设定与调试和现场应用效果等内容进行了分析和综合评价。实践证明,变频控制技术在油田注水泵站的应用具有良好的推广价值。
Promotion of variable frequency control technology in the application of pump station in oil field, the optimization of oilfield water injection production process, reduce electric energy has very important significance of consumption and the cost of oilfield development. This paper introduces the basic situation of KD18 water injection station, analyzes the technology of frequency conversion control scheme, the "one control scheme two" conversion, and the implementation of control plan, set parameters are analyzed and the comprehensive evaluation and contents of the debugging and field application effect etc. Practice has proved, the frequency control technology has good application value in the application of pump station in oil field.
