社会主义新农村建设迫切需要乡村精英的积极参与,乡村精英在政治实践中对我国乡村社区的发展产生过重要影响。改革开放以来,乡村精英的流动日益频繁,深入探讨和分析乡村精英社会流动的原因,是解决目前我国新农村建设人才问题的关键。乡村精英社会流动日益频繁这一现实受社会政治、经济、文化等多重因素的影响,从政治机制的视角分析其流动原因,旨在为重构乡村精英群体、优化乡村政治结构提供理论基础。

Socialism new countryside construction needs participation of rural elites. In Chinese political practice, rural elites have an important effect on the development of rural community. Since reform and opening - up, the spilling and leaving of rural elite have become more and more extensive. Reasons for this phenomenon are the key point to the problem of talent. That social mobility of the rural is getting more and more often results from politics, economy, culture, etc. Analysis based on political mechanism perspective will provide theoretical foundation and guiding for reconstruction of rural elite and optimization of rural political structure.
