摘要
基于相互信任、资源共享和共同追求是建构社会组织间"嵌入性关系"的三个维度,探讨了通过成立教师工作室的方式,建立教师与企业工程师之间的相互信任,促进资源共享,寻求利益共识,以期深化校企合作,开发课程教学。
This paper, based on such dimensions as mutual trust, sharing of resources and common pursuit of embeddedness among so- cial organizations, discusses the way of building mutual trust between teachers and engineers to promote the sharing of resources, seek consensus, deepen cooperation, and develop courses and teaching, through establishment of teacher studios.
