不同生产工艺对中性硅酮密封胶性能的影响

The study of different production technology effect on neutral silicone sealant performance

对一步混成法和二步法2种生产工艺对中性硅酮密封胶性能的影响进行研究对比。结果表明,用二步法制备的硅酮密封胶的施工性、力学性能和贮存稳定性都要优于一步混成法。

The effect of the one-step process and two-stage process （base stock method） on the performance of the neutral silicone sealant was compared and studied.The results show that the constructability,mechanical properties and storage stability of the silicone sealant prepared by the two-stage process are superior to that for the one-step process.
