摘要
对电磁继电器线圈的寿命决定因素进行了分析,深入研究了电磁继电器线圈的寿命评估方法,并开发了电磁继电器线圈的加速老化试验系统。针对一种48 V电磁继电器,按照标准要求进行了加速老化试验,根据试验数据,应用可靠性理论进行了寿命评估,证明了方法的有效性。
The dominant factor of electromagnetic relay＇ s lifetime was analyzed. The method of lifetime evaluation of coil was researched and the aeeelerated ageing test system of coil was developed. After that, a type of 48 V relay was tested on the accelerated ageing system according to the related standard, and the lifetime was evaluated using reliability theory aeeording to those test data. An example was given to verify the effectiveness of this method.
