摘要
为提高光伏(PV)并网逆变器的寿命,研究了一种三相电流型光伏交流模块。分析了电流型逆变器的工作原理,结合太阳能光伏发电系统的要求,设计功率跟踪外环和电网电压定向的电流矢量内环的双环控制系统,并采用最小开关频率电流型正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)策略,改善了输出波形质量和系统效率。根据系统模型仿真优化参数,设计并搭建了一台3kVA的实验样机,仿真和实验结果验证了控制方案的正确性和可行性。
A photovoltaic (PV) alternating current module based on three-phase current source inverter is designed to achieve long-life.The principle of the current source inverter is analyzed.According to the demands of the photovoltaic generation system, a double-loop control system is designed, which included the power outer loop and the grid-voltage- oriented current vector control loop.To improve the output waveforms quality and the system efficiency,a minimum switching-frequency sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM) strategy is adopted.A 3 kVA experimental prototype is completed and the simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and validity of the theoretic analysis.
