闽南城市中学体育教师专业发展现状调查研究

A Survey on P.E. Teachers' Professional Development in the Middle Schools of Cities in Minnan

为了了解闽南地区城市中学体育教师发展状况,本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对闽南城市中学体育教师的基本信息、课堂教学、教学研究、业务学习和继续教育、教研成效等情况进行探讨和分析,并提出意见和建议.

In order to understand Physical Education （PE） teachers’ development status in the middle schools of cities in Minnan, the author discusses PE teachers’ basic information, classroom teaching, teaching research, professional study, continuing education and the achievements of teaching and research by using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods. Furthermore, related suggestions are made in the end.
